Thickness Range

Common tests include thin sheets, 30-80 mm inserts and thicker foam that may require pneumatic knife or milling. Final range depends on density and hardness.

Profile cutting usually starts with EOT or pneumatic oscillating knife. Pockets, stepped cavities and slots should be tested with a milling tool.

Vacuum Requirement

Porous foam often needs stronger vacuum zones, suitable table surface and cutting path adjustment to prevent movement or compression.

Often yes, but blade type, cutting depth, vacuum and speed should be confirmed by sample testing.
